yourpractice.com/new-patients/New patient exam, x-rays, and cleaningHow we build your account.
We've built a lot of dental ad accounts, and they all get the same careful setup. Here's every piece.
- Account and billingWe build your campaign in our advertising account and send you an invite to its billing profile. You add your card directly with Google, so we never see it. Advertiser verification is handled for you.
- Ad groups by treatmentNew patients, emergencies, and any treatment you want to grow each get their own ad group. That way every search gets an ad written for it.
- Keywords with intentWe target searches from people ready to book, like "emergency dentist near me," not people researching symptoms.
- Blocked searches from day oneJob seekers, DIY questions, competitor names, free clinics, towns you don't serve, and insurance you don't take are shut out before the first click.
- Ads written for patientsUp to 15 headlines and 4 descriptions per ad group, with your offers and plain language. Every one is checked before it goes live.
- The extras that get callsA call button, your location from your Google profile, links to your key pages, and short callouts like "Same-day visits."
- Location and scheduleAds show to people near your office, by radius or zip code. They run when someone is there to answer the phone. Multiple offices get separate campaigns so they never bid against each other.
- Tracking that means somethingCalls from ads, calls from your website, and online bookings are set up as conversions, and your links are UTM tagged, so we can see which ads bring in patients.
How we manage it after launch.
The build gets you started. The management is what keeps your budget going to patients instead of wasted clicks.
- Search termsWe look at the actual searches that triggered your ads and block anything that doesn't belong, as it shows up.
- KeywordsKeywords that bring in the wrong clicks get paused. Searches that turn into calls get added.
- AdsNew headlines and descriptions get tested against what's running, and the better one stays.
- Budget and bidsSpend shifts toward the ad groups and hours that bring in calls, and away from the ones that don't.
- Landing pagesIf a page is costing you calls, we'll tell you. If we manage your website, we fix it.
- Numbers when you want themNo monthly report you won't read. Ask anytime and I'll walk you through calls, clicks, and what changed.

Real patients searching get through. Everything else gets blocked, so it can't cost you again.
Already running ads? Here's what we check first.
These come up in most of the accounts we take over. None of them are hard to fix once you know they're there.
One ad group for everything
Split by treatment, so an emergency search gets an emergency ad.
Every ad goes to the homepage
Each ad group sends people to the page for that treatment.
Budget spent on competitor names
Blocked, and watched for new variations as they appear.
Typos and missing extras
Ads rewritten and checked, with call, location, and link extras added.
Ads showing too far away
Targeting tightened to where your patients actually come from.
No conversion tracking
Calls and bookings tracked, so decisions are based on patients, not clicks.

Family and orthodontic practice · Las Vegas
From one crowded ad group to two focused ones.
We split new patients and emergencies into their own ad groups with their own pages, fixed the ads, and blocked the competitor searches that were eating the budget.
Out of all the searches their ad was eligible for, compared with the next closest practice in the same auctions.

- When your phones are answeredSo your ads run when someone can pick up.
Local Services Ads, and who they're for.
Local Services Ads show above the regular ads with a "Google Screened" badge, and you pay per lead instead of per click. They can be great, for the right practice.
Dentists near you
A large share of these calls come from patients on those plans. If you take them, that's a steady flow of new patients.
Google has no way to filter calls by insurance, so you'd pay for leads you can't see.
- 1It's one or the other. Local Services Ads run on their own budget, separate from regular Google Ads, so we pick the one that fits your practice instead of splitting your spend.
- 2How many calls are on those plans. In our experience, around 40% of calls from Local Services Ads come from Medicaid and Medicare patients.
- 3Approval takes a few weeks. Google checks your licenses, insurance, and background. We handle the verification process for you either way.

It depends on your market and how many new patients you want. Our minimum is $2,000 a month, and most practices do best at $2,500 to $3,000. We'll give you a realistic number for your area in your proposal.
Once your campaign is built and Google approves the ads, they can start showing right away. You'll get a start date in your proposal.
Ad spend is billed by Google directly to the card you add to the billing profile we invite you to. We never see it. Our $450 monthly management fee is billed separately through QuickBooks.
Campaigns are built and managed in our advertising account. You have full access to your billing and spend at all times.
Yes. We go through what's there first, like the checks listed above, then rebuild whatever needs it.
Each ad group should send people to a page about that treatment, not your homepage. If we manage your website, we build them. If not, we'll send your web team exactly what each page needs.
For local searches, yes. Someone searching "emergency dentist near me" wants to call an office, and the ads show right there. AI answers mostly take clicks from research questions, which aren't what we target.
Each office gets its own campaign and budget, and each town is excluded from the other campaigns so your offices never compete for the same search. Multiple locations are quoted in your proposal.
No one can honestly promise a number of calls, since it depends on your market and budget. We'll give you a realistic estimate up front and show you what's coming in whenever you ask.
