Getting started

Your first payment is due at sign-up: the first month of your website plan plus your first month of hosting. If you'd prefer to pay for your website in full, 50% is due up front (minimum $2,000) and the balance at launch.

Billing runs through a secure QuickBooks link, so your card is never seen or stored on our end.

Your website

Most sites launch in 5 to 7 weeks from the day onboarding is complete.

We write all content, and it's included in your price. You review it and confirm the details only you know, like the insurances you accept and services you don't offer. You're welcome to supply your own copy or have us move it from your current site, but pricing stays the same.

If you have an existing site, we keep your current page addresses, key content, and internal links wherever possible so your rankings carry over.

On a monthly plan, you get admin access when your site goes live. If you're paying in full, access is granted once the final payment is made.

How the build works

1. Share your vision. Onboarding collects websites you like, your brand colors, logo, and photos.
2. First look, around week 2. We build your homepage, about, contact, and one service page and send them for your feedback.
3. Design adjustments. We refine the design based on your feedback and send it back for your approval.
4. Full draft, around weeks 4 to 5. We build the remaining pages and write all content. You send copy edits and any design tweaks.
5. Final version. We make your changes and send the finished site for any last edits.
6. Launch. Your site goes live.

Hosting

Hosting is required for every site we build, and it covers security, updates, backups, and troubleshooting. Once your website is paid off, you can cancel hosting anytime and we'll transfer your files or admin access to the host of your choice. Any remaining build balance is invoiced in full before transfer.

Google Ads

Minimum ad spend is $2,000 a month, and we recommend $2,500 to $3,000. Ad spend is billed by Google directly to your card, and our monthly fee covers management.

Campaigns are built and managed in our advertising account, and you have full access to your billing and spend at all times.

Cancelling

Monthly services. Hosting, SEO, and Google Ads renew monthly with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice by email. Your final month is billed as usual.

During a website build. Your agreement protects both of us. It spells out exactly what we're committing our time to build, and exactly what you'll receive. Signing it is an agreement to the full build. If you cancel before launch, work stops and the remaining build balance is due. Once it's paid, we hand over everything built to that point.

Ownership and results

Your domain, website, and content belong to your practice once your build is paid in full.

No one can guarantee specific rankings or patient numbers, since Google controls its results. We guarantee the work: done right, and done on time.
